SESS Online Auction Terms and Conditions

May 9th through May 12th, 2008. Bids accepted from 8am until 5pm each day

Please read the following before continuing on to the auction site!!

1) SESS will not accept any bid submitted before 8am or after 5pm MST on May 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th.

2) All bids must be electronically submitted.
           -In the event of a tie for high bid, the bid received earliest (as indicated by the time stamped email)
             will determine the winner.
           -Your name will help identify whether or not you are the high bidder. Your email MUST include
             the item number, your bid amount, and your name. (If you do not wish us to place your real name on the 
             auction site, please include both your name and how you wish to be identified)

3)Bids will be updated every two hours as the need arises.

4) All bids must be in increments of 50 cents. 

5) Any donations not bid on, or bids not exceeding the minimum (if specified) will be returned to the donor.

Payment Terms and Conditions 

1) The high bidder will be notified by email that they have won the item. At that time, you should communicate with the SESS office to make arrangements for payment and pick up. Our phone number is (970) 506-2737.

2) Purchased items must be paid for at the SESS Office by cash or check only; we are located in the Community Resource Building at 3700 Golden Street in Evans.

3) Unless prior arrangements have been made with SESS, any donation that has not been paid for and picked up by May 21st, 2008 will be offered to the next highest bidder.
